Refund policy

We want your dog to love what you buy. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you return or exchange it.

Email us through the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Toys and lick mats that have been used by a pet can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Each product ships from its US-based maker, so we'll send you the right return address and instructions.
Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. You won't need to send it back.

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange while stock lasts.
